Public API references for The Change Climate Project
The Change Climate Project is a nonprofit working to eliminate carbon emissions. These APIs power our certified companies directory and the emissions measurement tools behind The Climate Label certification.
The Brand Emissions Evaluator (BEE) API exposes endpoints that power the Brand Emissions Evaluator (BEE), our engine for calculating greenhouse gas emissions. Submit business activity data to estimate Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions using EXIOBASE multi-regional input-output methodology, refine estimates with detailed workbook data, and get reduction target guidance aligned with frameworks like SBTi.
The Certified Brands API serves the public-facing certified companies directory, providing comprehensive data on certification status, emissions history, reduction commitments, and climate funding for companies that have earned The Climate Label.
